This beautiful golden variegated perennial forest grass forms attractive mounds of arching shiny golden -stripe leaves that ripple in the slightest breeze. Tiny yellow-green flowers appear in late summer. Growing from 30 -60 cm (1’-2’) tall, in part sun or shade, in moist well drained soils, this superb ornamental grass does well beds, boarders, edging, ground covers, patios and containers. Is low maintenance and deer resistant. Outstanding copper-orange fall colours, it combines well with other shade plants. Cut back in winter months.
