Blueberry ‘Polaris’ (one-gallon)

This compact shrub produces light blue aromatic yet sweet berries with a firm texture and a tinge of acidity, making them ideal for baking, preserves and eating fresh. This variety is incredibly cold hardy with white scented flowers appearing in early spring, quickly giving way to early ripening fruit in the summer.

Blueberries thrive in acidic soils of around pH 4.5-5.5. In order to create the best environment to start your plants, it’s recommended that you dig a hole roughly 3 times the size of it’s container and fill with peat moss before planting.

With a height and spread of around 4’, this shrub is ideal for smaller garden spaces.
